Young Adult Advisory Committee (YAC)

Empowering the Next Generation of Family Leaders

The Grand Chain Family Foundation proudly introduces the Young Adult Advisory Committee (YAC)—a vibrant and purpose-driven initiative dedicated to cultivating leadership, fostering intergenerational connection, and supporting the Foundation’s core mission.

The YAC is more than a committee—it is a platform where emerging family leaders can learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. This dedicated group will work hand-in-hand with the Foundation to support vital initiatives in education, the preservation of family history, bi-annual reunions, health and wellness, and honoring our beloved seniors—the Jewels of our family.

How It Works

  • Ages 14–17: Focused on learning, active participation, and foundational engagement.

  • Ages 18–28: Eligible for committee leadership roles and mentorship opportunities.

  • Committee Contributions: Members will assist with the Foundation’s strategic goals and community-based programs.

  • Membership: Limited to 15 active members to ensure focused development. A waitlist will be maintained, offering non-members opportunities to engage through subcommittees and special projects.
