The Grand Chain Family Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization. Donations to the GCFF are tax deductible.
Direct Donations - To help offset the cost of hosting the family reunion, we have devised a fundraising plan that has helped us avoid passing additional costs along to the family.
Scholarship Donations - Please support our efforts to aid our student relatives by contributing to our scholarship fund. Please view the Scholarship Page for more details regarding the awards we will distribute.
Sponsor a Child - In an effort assist families who may have fallen on hard times but still want to attend the reunion, please consider sponsoring a child. Any amount contributed is welcome and appreciated.
To be eligible to receive donated funds, there must be at least two children in your household and the sponsored registration(s) must be accompanied by one paid adult registration. Contact Lisa C. Blake, Treasurer at 248-224-9237 for more details. Support is available on a first come first serve basis. For those who need support, we will not be asking any personal or financial questions when you call. We are family and we will use the honor system.
When submitting your donation, please specify in the message box whether you want your donation to go to the Direct Donations, Scholarship Fund or to Sponsor a Child. If you do not specify, it will be directed to the area of greatest need.
